Windsong #100

While I was sitting in the beautiful Michigan summer working on the windsongs, my lovely cousin Megan came and sat with me. We chatted and laughed together while I worked and she enjoyed looking through the glass and beads. When I got to this piece, she said the wood looked like a whale. She loved the pink swirls in these pieces of glass. I included some blue hues for accent. Every time I look at this piece, in my mind's eye I see my sweet cousin's face and recall that lovely visit we shared while I worked on Megan's Whale.
